WEEKLY BULLETIN  19 October 2025 (29th SUNDAY OF THE YEAR)

Sunday 19th October – World Mission Sunday

Today, with every Catholic in every parish in the world, we celebrate World Mission Sunday. The theme our Late Holy Father, Pope Francis, chose is "Missionaries of Hope to all Peoples". In this Jubilee Year of Hope, let us show our solidarity of faith with our Catholic brothers and sisters in those parts of the Church where it is small, young and poor, such as the Church in Bolivia. Our prayers and generous financial support, given through Missio Scotland, will enable them to be a source of God's love for the communities of which they are part. Your prayers and financial assistance will support missionary priests, religious sisters and brothers, and lay catechists.
